Functionalities Available
My Dashboard
• My Dashboard
• Greetings and Cabby Full Name.
• Quick overview of statement for current month.
• eID
• Cabby’s particulars such as profile picture, full name and NRIC.
• Certify message as being part of ComfortDelGro Cabby.
• Date of eID retrieved.
• Monthly Performance eCard
• Cabby’s particulars such as profile picture, full name, NRIC, type, last joined date etc.
• Display Call booking details for current month to date.
• Display Call booking details for previous month.
Notifications:
• To view all new and past notification(s) sent by the CDG administrator.
• To read the full content by clicking on the notification.
• The notification shall be marked as read by removing the highlighting after Cabby closes the notification message.
Account Statement:
• Display a summarized account statement.
• Details such as Outstanding Payment to Cabby/Company.
• Paid to and Collected from Cabby.
E-Services:
• Matching Registration
• Allow Cabby to register for matching of driver(s) and indicate his/her preferences for the matching process, such as Vehicle Type; Day & Time Slot etc.
• Other actions available includes Edit existing registration record and Delete existing registration record.
• Matching Enquiry
• Allow Cabby perform a search for possible matching driver registrations.
• Criteria includes: Vehicle Type (multiple); Day & Time Slot; Location etc.
• Relief Registration
• Allow Cabby to associate a relief driver to him/herself.
• Up to maximum of 4 relief driver can be associated.
• Perform search and register of relief driver.
• Notification will be sent to both parties once successfully registered.
• Relief Cancellation
• Allow Cabby to de-associate a relief driver from him/herself.
• Notification will be sent to both parties once successfully cancelled.
• Hirer Cancellation
• Allow Cabby (Relief driver) to de-associate a Hirer from him/herself.
• Notification will be sent to both parties once successfully cancelled.
Feedback:
• Allow Cabby to provide feedback to CDG respective administrators.
• Ability to input feedback message and upload file attachment (images) up to 3MB in file size.
• Email will be sent to Cabby upon successfully feedback submission.
